It all begins with an idea…
In my world of creative design, ideas come to me in many ways. Thoughts, ideas and inspiration happen all the time. Sometimes an idea will come to me while I’m in the shower getting ready for my day, driving down the road or even in my dreams.
When doing any design, whether for a retail catalog, a logo or any digital design, often times, the first step is to sketch out a thumbnail. Once I have my idea down in sketch form, I move on to creating a more finished layout or design.
Imagine it.
Once everything comes together, I can see my vision coming to life. In putting all of the pieces together on a layout, I always want to design with the viewer in mind. Is this a layout or design that will attract their attention? Is it esthetically pleasing? Does it meet the needs and requirements of my client? In the end, I always aim to create beautiful work that stands out in the marketplace while meeting the needs of my clients.
